Is it right to conclude that all proper nouns must begin with a capital letter (except, of course, when the noun begins a sentence)?
Filipino-born American rapper Allan Pineda uses the name "apl.de.ap." This has made conclude that not all proper names must begin with a capital letter. Nicknames, pet names, etc. need not begin with a capital letter when doing so is at the discretion of the user. Am I right?
