Bedtime Routine After I finish my homeworks I have dinner with my family. Then I exercise for half an hour. After that, I take a shower and to sleep. Before I fall asleep, I usually read a book.

Also, bedtime is the short time when you prepare for sleep. Dinner and exercise is not usually included in bedtime. What you described would be your evening (or after school) routine.
