Is it "Refer to the article at xxx" or "Refer the article at xxx"

I am designing an Infographic and certain points in it have been marked with an asterisk indicating that further explanation will be in the linked article.

Example,

The pH should be 60*

* Refer to the article at bit.ly/123 for details.

Is this correct usage? Or should it be Refer to the article at xxx or Refer the article at xxx or even Refer article at xxx?
