Is it really correct to say 'Every living thing grows up with every second".

My dear and respected teachers,
1 : "Every living thing grows up with every second". correct?
2 : "What's the password and the authentication code". OR "What are the password and the authentication code". Which one is correct?

This is a strange sentence. Do you mean the following? Every living thing is continually growing (with the passage of every second).

2. [What's / What are] the password and the authentication code?

What are is technically the correct choice, but What's is very commonly said in this situation.
