Is it really Blatant???

So I was conversating with a friend on mine, and she used the word blatant. Let me quote exactly what she said "You blatantly look like a 21 year old man". Now in this sentence blatant means clear or obvious...yet according to Merriam webster, blatant means "1 : noisy especially in a vulgar or offensive manner : CLAMOROUS
2 : completely obvious, conspicuous, or obtrusive especially in a crass or offensive manner"

I am trying to find out how to use this word...can I replace obvious with the word blatant? Please give me a few sentences of this word as examples.

Isnt it spelled blatant? Conspicous could be a good synonym....wouldnt it?

Yes, and I've gone back to fix it.

Yes, but it would miss that element of "crassness."

blatant=strikingly obvious
not just plain obvious
thus the element of crassness mentioned by GG
