Is it proper to say "That's OK." when being asked "Is there anything you need/ I can do for you?"

For example in a restaurant, the waiter says "Is there anything else you need?" after everything I ordered has been served.
I usually say "I'm good" or "That's it" when I don't need anything. But I want to know what do native speakers think of the expression "That's OK" in this situation.

Thanks in advance.
