Is it problem with me only or it's common

Well..acutally I have problem it isnot with vocabulary it is about writng...

My poblem is when i have an reading exam i can do the question but i have to use alot time so this my problem and when i want to check that, i make an exame for my self...

i have did 20 question in 35 mins...

Can you give some advice to improve it as much a possible...

and tell me if with me only or it is a common problem..?
