It is /pr?'dju?s/ on Cambridge dictionaries online but they prounance d sound as / d? / sound in British english.

I use the second one because I'm American. Most Americans suppress the /j/ between /d/ or /t/ and the "long U" sound.

There is also the noun form of the word produce which has the stress on the first syllable - /'pr?dju?s/ in BrE

It has just dawned on me that I was thinking of vegetables and fruit and the like when I offered my pronunciation, and that would be the stress on the first syllable, and no change in the u sound. When it comes to making something, my stress is on the second syllable, and there might sometimes be a bit of a y that sneaks in before the main vowel.
