Is it possible to use the infinitive subject in a that complement clause

i wonder if i am able to use the infinitive as the subject of that complement clause.

eg) I think that to practice is necessary.

if this is ungrammatical, please explain me the reason. thanks

Hi, It's not wrong. But 'practicing' would be more commonly said than 'to practice', in my experience. Clive
