Is it possible to combine the blue sentence and the red sentence into 1 sentence?

Hi,

Question:
Is it possible to combine the blue sentence and the red sentence into 1 sentence?

I have made important contributions to the company.
The value of these contributions has been fully recognised by the company.
For example, I developed a product which is very attractive for young people, and I made a website for the company.

Thanks

I would combine them in this way:
I have made important contributions, the value of which have been fully recognized by the company. (This way you can eliminate the second use of 'company'.)

do we need a conjunction such as "and" between 2 sentences?

If you insist on using both complete sentences as you have them, yes, you need a conjunction (and) with a comma just before it.
