Is it possible to..... ?

I wonder how to reply it politely and formally.

A potential client asked me:
Is it possible to go visit your office around 2.00pm today?

I replied, "yes, it's possible."
I was thinking to answer it: sure, 2.00 pm is okay. But I'm not sure whether 'okay' can be used here or not.

Do you have any other answers about it?
