Is it On accident or By accident

0Many of the locals are using the on accident just as you would on purpose00. I have always heard and used by accident but I am not sure on accident is totally out of place. Anyone know?02br

00Also, The word whenever is being used more and more whenever when had been used. For example: Whenever I was 5 the I met her and we became friends. It kind of sounds like ground hog day to me in that it seems everytime I met her when I was five we became friends over and over again. 02br

00Any guidelines on whenever, whenever can and should be used or not?0-

0You should use "by accident." Perhaps people are thinking about "on purpose" and somehow find it logical that the opposite should be "on accident." Don't follow along.02br

00I competely agree with you on that absurd use of "Whenever." It should be "When."0-
