Is it okay to say the following

I was having a telephone conversation with a friend. During the conversation, I was discussing that there was a picture online of a couple of friends. The following was the exact dialogue;
"There is a picture online, of she and Wendy."

Was this okay to say or write? If not, please tell me what I should've said and why. Thank you kindly for your time.
