Is it okay to say both ways?

1)"I see swinging door."

2)"I see door swinging."

Do these mean the same thing?

Those are both incorrect. " These mean near enough the same. There is just a slight difference in emphasis.

Those are both incorrect. Let's change it to this:

1) "I see a swinging door."
2) "I see a door swinging."

These mean near enough the same. There is just a slight difference in emphasis.
