Is it OK with these? Please help!

I do not find out the way to create a new database on the machine on which I've set the management studio up?

But both the SQL server 2008 (express) version and the management studio are right now in my PC. Should there be one way to create a DB from scratch by SQL server 2008, shouldn't there?

I suspect that disabling some DB services (of Oracle, SQL server) did corrupt something related to this.

After I've used ARP (Add or Remove programs) to remove 2005/2008 express versions, I can still run 2008 express version. Is this a magic (I think it means ARP has totally failed)?
