Is it OK with these? Please help!

I can't find the mail in which Peter mentioned the change the users wanted. Please give me that.

For the B/L - 'ZIMUTST200808261' you mentioned herewith, my doubt is why you do expect to see the B/L number since the B/L field is actually not a displayed one in this report?

The report does reside at that folder. No. You can't use 'reside' - this verb relates to where a person lives. Also it should be 'in' a folder.

Please refer to the right logic herewith. sorry but I don't understand what you are trying to say here.
