Is it ok to use these in resume?

Supposing I was graduated and started working and I had to do a resume. Is it OK to put these info into my resume?

Personal Business (Can I use freelance? does it mean the same to Personal Business?)

-Retail Business. - Globe St. SE1 4LE

(Supposing I owned a clothes shop at Globe Street and it has no shop name. Sounds weird, innit?)

June 2009 - March 2016

Doing retail sales as a manager.

(What the job position should be? Shop Manager? If you own a small shop and you are the only one who responsible for everything in your shop. Your manager, right?)

What is the differences between resume and CV?

My business writing is tote awkward. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Another difference is that CV is normally used in British English. Resume is normally used in American English.
