Is it OK to say "lend me a PC"?

No. It's 'lend', not 'borrow'.

Lend and borrow are opposite.

I will lend you my computer. (I agree to give you my computer. You will use it and give it back to me.)
May I borrow your computer? (I am asking you to give me your computer. I will use it and then give it back. )
