Essay & Composition Writing

Is it off topic?

Hi,

I wrote an essay about "The structure of American system of government".

The structure of my essay as the following:

Introduction

Paragraph1: The Executive Branch
Paragraph2: The Legislative Branch
Paragraph3: The Judicial Branch
Paragraph 3: The American constitution

Conclusion

Is it wrong to add "Paragraph 3: The American constitution" ? I mean is it off topic?

Thanks a lot.
