is it natural, please

Hi teachers,

- Sometimes, when I see you, I just try to focus the way you present yourself (or you have presented yourself?). You have a nice personality!

(Teachers, does that sound natural, please? Is it possible to say the above sentence when praising a girl for her personality?)

try to focus on the way you present yourself

However, "the way you present yourself" is as much to do with appearance as personality, so this phrase may not really fit what you are wanting to say. Also, it is not very clear from the first sentence that you are praising the girl. "try to focus on" could have a several connotations.
