Is it 'Multi-Speciality' or 'Multi-Specialty' hospital?

I have seen the name boards of some hospitals displaying 'Multi-Speciality' Hospital. I have also seen some boards displaying 'Multi-Specialty' Hospital. Are they both distinct?

Thanks in anticipation

The difference is that specialty is part of American English in particular. Unless you speak or write that kind of English, the word is speciality.
