Is it love or loving?

We are loving them all the same

like McDonald's slogan "I'm lovin' it". They use -ING in the word love.

but if I use the word "love", it will cause a word form error. "We love them all the same"

That is marketing talk. They are trying to sound edgy. Do yourself a favor and don't use jingles as grammar exemplars. The progressive is non-standard (read "wrong") in this context.

There is a recent new use, a dynamic one, of the verb "love." It means "to enjoy immensely."

It is still not generally accepted, though.
