Hi, so i live in Moscow at the moment. and i am having an argument with the English teachers at University here. They claim that it is incorrect to say: "When i turn 18" and that the correct way is to say it "When i turn to 18" we are talking about 18 years of age here.
I know that everyone is going to say that the first (When i turn 18) is correct. But i need an actual English grammar teacher to tell me.
Thanks
