is it Incharge or In-charge

Hi Emotion: pizza,

Please see the following lines of the begining of the letter and tell me which one is correct:

"To the Incharge" or "To the In-Charge" or "To the In Charge"

I can't speak for British English, but none of these sound natural in American English. Perhaps you could use "To Whom it May Concern"?

You would have to write "To the person in charge", but it seems a little informal. I'd use "to the manager", as suggested by Nona.

We also don't say "to the responsible", but "to the person responsible for...".
