IS it in correct english?

It is huge moment of pride for me, that I am nominated to become a part of such a grand and renowned conference.I see it as a milestone in my journey of achieving my goal.I had always longed for such an opportunity but unfortunately due to lack of resources and unaffordability I will not be able to become a part of this auspicious occasion.
I belong to a middle-class family,whose most of the life is served in struggling. My father is a qualified MBBS doctor working on charitable basis and earns enough to fulfil the basic necessities of life.
I have just completed my o’level with a remarkable result that is, 8As( 7A*s and 1A) and scored the highest mark in the subject of accounting in Pakistan. I was a very dominating student and was elected as a head girl by my principal Mrs. Azra Anwer. Currently,I am doing a’level at The City School on 100% scholarship. It is my aim to study in USA, because the quality education your institutions provide is unparallel to any other institutions in the world. USA has its own culture, identity, way of life and origin which are totally different from the European culture. To get in contact with a lot of different people and their culture and get to know and experience them personally are very important stages to develop your personality and broaden your horizons. It is my humble request to you and to your entire team to provide me with an opportunity of studying in USA on scholarship basis in medicine. I am a very hardworking student and being a part of Pakistan is facing uncountable hindrances in achieving my goal.Ican assure you that I will not let you down and would avail the opportunity to its most.
