You would expect:

I went there.

I came here.

(I can imagine a situation in which I'd use "I went here" but it's not a typical thing to say.)

"i came here" if the past duration was shorter time or days ..while " i went here" seems the duration of time or days much longer period


Ex. i came here last night

I went here last month
