Is it grammatically worded?

We still have the following item in our warehouse which was received under project SX1103, and no delivery request was received yet. Is it no longer required for the project? please advise us.

Hello, Anonymous . The answers may vary according to each one's point of view. In my vision, I see " SX1103 " as the "following item which was received under project" - Therefore: Anonymous We still have the following item in our warehouse which was received under project: SX1103, and no delivery request was received yet Something pretty much pushes me to change this sentence's tense: and no delivery request has been received yet/so far/ up to now This sounds much better since the request has not yet been received.
