Is it grammatically correct if I say "Long time no see you coming"

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum, Glad to meet all Emotion: smile I've got a question:

I heard about "Long time no see", but is it ok to say: Long time no see you coming to the office, how have you been ?

Like there is a guy who hasnt visited my office for a long time, but then suddenly he shows up. I just want to express it as a normal greeting.

I'd appreciate any help! Emotion: smile

Hi Kim. No you cannot add 'long time no see' onto a sentence. It is a stand-alone fixed phrase only: Long time no see!
