Is it grammatically correct?

As for the invoice # DVC451225, which has been shipped from Hong Kong under AWB. 160 XXXX XXXX, not from Marseille. Below are the package details from the supplier forwarded by Mr. Alex last week which is self explanatory.

I would say it like this:

This is odd. "Mr" is not normally used with first names only. It is used with surnames like Mr Jones or, full names like Mr Alex Jones.
