Is it grammatically correct ?
This is to bring to your attention that after several reminders and phone conversations we are unable to get a singed copy of an MSA from Nationstar Mortgage due to which we can not transfer his H1B visa.
Kiran has resigned from IBM (Current Employer) to make his joining possible with Nationstar Mortgage and July 25th would be his last day with IBM however if we don’t transfer his visa prior July 25th than situation will become awful for him.
Gentleman this is my humble request to you all please enlighten us with the current situation so that we can work in conjunction and Kiran can join Nationstar on the stipulated date July 30.
