Is it grammatically correct?

As promised, I am sending you this reminder email about the certificate. It was about the presentation I made at Shawnee Community College. I believe, adding it in my resume will help me to present my presentation skills in front of the interviewer. Kindly, take appropriate action for the same.

Hi Pawan;

The only issue I have is with the its. It is hard to determine their antecedents. e.g.

It (the email or the certificate?) was about the presentation I made at Shawnee Community College.

Also, your closing is rather obscure - take appropriate action for the same (what?)
