Is it give or gives?

Career, Activity, and Community encompasses career development, sustainable life-skills, and integrated community experiences that give every individual the opportunity to live their own powerful life story.


"Give" sounds correct to me, but I think "Gives" is the proper format. Thoughts?

While you are using the subject 'Career, Activity, and Community' as a singular in the early part of the sentence, I think you need 'give' as this should agree with 'integrated community experiences'. It is these 'experiences' that 'give...' rather than 'C, A and C give...'
