Is it English or not?

Only grave can fix a gibbous back

Top answer

The words and sentence structure are English, but I would add a definite article and a period. Only the grave can fix a gibbous back.

I mean if said it I would be considered some native of English?

Hi;

A native English speaker would not say this in any normal conversation.
The sentence is literary and formal because it uses an extremely uncommon meaning of the word "gibbous." The word "grave" to mean "death" is found in rather old literature and poetry.
