Is it easy to understand this sentence?

Considering that during the court session the plaintiff agreed to pay all costs of adjudication with regard to the action, thus costs related to the adjudicating of matters for translation of the documents in the amount of USD 10.10 shall be recovered from the plaintiff in favor of the State.
