No, this is a controversial topic, but the plural of beer is beer. Not beers. Since beer is a mass noun it cannot be pluralized unless you are referring to the variety. ie. Germany has a great selection of beers. So even though it is uncommon, the proper way would be to say "We are going out for a few beer". Beers is commonly accepted, but not proper english even though most people would argue tha
