How long have you known the applicant and in what connection?

I have known Mr. X for six years while I was working on different positions at X. Now, he is working under my supervision as a Consultant of X Department since August, 2010. Until then he has served in many different positions within our company from 2004. As a result, Mr. X has developed a strong work ethic and broadened his knowledge of our myriad endeavors as he was engaged in different projects. I consider him the consummate professional who handles himself with a poise usually found only in more seasoned employees.
