Is it correct when i use "have got" + still in the necessity

Examples:

They still have got to read and They have still got to read

and in the interrogative form :

Have they still got to read ? And Have still they got to read ?


in the negative form :


They still have not got to read and They have not still got to read


which correct ? Please fix these sentences if i am wrong.
