Is it correct to say Interro-negative?

Hello Everyone

I have a question for your guys. Here it is:

Didn't you go to school?

I know that this is a negative question but I have seen people calling it an interro-negative sentence. I am asking this question because I couldn't find anything called 'interro-negative' on the internet. Please guide me on this topic.

I've never seen or heard that term. It seems to me that it's a negative interrogative or maybe an interrogative negation . I don't know any other words for it.
