Is it correct to say 'I don't have much vocabulary of English '?

My dear and respected teachers,
1 : "Of what subject paper did you write today".? correct it please.
2 : "I don't have much vocabulary of English language that's why I don't feel confident when speaking it". Correct?
3 : "A fish bone stuck in my throat". correct?
4 : "Always meet people by smiling". correct?
