Is it correct sentence?

Hi every one;

I wrote the sentence below and Office Word program warn me that it's not correct one! I wonder if it's correct or has any mistaks.

None of the written prices inside or outside of the box on any form shouldn't be higher than 50-60 USD.

None of the written prices inside or outside of the box on any form shouldn't be higher than 50-60 USD.
The problem is double negatives here.And also the range 50-60 USD for it is not specific.
I would say "None of the prizes quoted inside or outside the box should be higher than 50 USD/60 USD."
