Is it correct, please?

Could you please, tell me if each sentence below is correct ?

1) They should buy that car, even though they don't like that pattern very much.

Even though they don't like that pattern very much, they should buy that car.

However they don't like that pattern very much, they should buy that car.

They should buy that car; however they don't like that pattern very much.

In spite of they don't like that pattern very much, they should buy that car.



2) Even though he waved to his mother on the street, she didn't look at him.

As he waved to his mother on the street, she didn't look at him.



3) As Kevin explained the subject, the students asked questions.

I haven't heard the word 'pattern' used like this for cars. What I hear is

make eg it's a Toyota

model eg it's a (Toyota) Corolla

style eg it has 4 doors
