Is it correct 'comon noun/ proper noun' in the combination?

Hi teachers,
This is the combination for ‘Both’:
Both + plural subject (comon noun/proper noun) + plural verb + complement.

Eg.
Both sisters live in NY.
Both Teresa and Gloria live in NY.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Mister Micawber,
Thank you for your reply.
First if it is correct the explanation. Then, if I should say 'comon nouns/proper nouns' instead of 'comon noun/proper noun' between paretheses?
I don't think so, but just to be sure.

Both + plural subject (common or proper nouns) + plural verb (+ complement).

Mister Micawber,
Thank you very much for your correction. It is very simple now, isn't it?
