Is it correct to answer 'To me it was good but for you this horror can be soft' when someone asks me for opinion about a movie?

I thought it was good, but you might not like it.

I translated "can be soft" to "might not like it" because I had no idea what you were trying to say.

All that "to me" stuff is un-English. It sounds like some foreign language is influencing the phrasing.
