If you are in Karachi right now, better to say "I have come to Karachi."

If you are not in Karachi right now but had a trip there before, better to say "I have been to Karachi."

If you are talking about someone who is in Karachi right now, you should say " They have gone to Karachi."

Anonymous I have gone to Karachi.
Proper nouns should always be capitalised and sentences must end with a punctuation mark — in this case a full stop (period).

I might write that in a note to my family to let them know where I am if I suddenly disappear.
