Is it correct?

This has reference to the meeting held at the site last week
I have cross-checked with our QS department regarding the changing of existing incandescent lamps with new LED lamps requested by the client representative in the meeting. They said that it was not included in our quotation and no one was requested us earlier.
However, we can replace the lamps on chandeliers with new led lamps. In order to change the lamps, we require 450 new LED lamps and the cost would be 1.5 USD per piece i.e USD 675 for all lamps.
I have attached the quotation for you referral and further action
