Is it correct?

Hi everyone, I really want to know if this sentence correct is: "This house has been unused for many years". Thank you in advanced.

Welcome to the forums! I would say 'uninhabited' or 'empty" to sound more natural. A different type of building, such as a warehouse, might be 'unused'.
