Is it correct?

I'm trying to translate a text and I have a couple of questions:

- Does the expression: "he got married when he had age and conditions enough" makes sense for you?

- What about the expression "finish adolescence"? Is it okay to use it? For example, "he could only live to see his oldest son finish adolescence".
