Is it correct?

As reuested, we delivered the items to the client on (date), but they did not accept the material because they says that these are not the one they ordered with us and we had ordered wrongly

Top answer

I do not know what "we had ordered wrongly" means. Did you take an order from a client and then order the wrong thing for him from someone else? Or did you mean that you made a mistake in taking his order?

Thank you for correcting my sentence. Can I write as follows.
As requested by our procurement department, we delivered the items to the client on (date)but the client rejected it after inspection because they are saying that we supplied wrong items. They said that these weren't the one they ordered us.
