Our office offered him the fare for the emirates flight less than the original fare available, so he asked us to request for our office to book the ticket on emirates. Can I write as follows.
Please book the ticket on emirates flight for Mr. XYS as he can't get / book the ticket on this flight at the fare offered by our office.
