Is it correct?
Hi! everyone.Could you tell me whether the colored sentence is correct regarding(Can I use" regarding" here?) the below situation.
-I am meeting my childhoods friend on Facebook after 9 years,actually I have searched his name and found his profile picture in the search results I send him a friend request with a message saying -Hi John do you recognize me,I am your childhood friend from Germany remember when we bursted fire crackers together and this,this and that....I think you were old enough to remember those memories now( Is the preceding sentence correct?) Or I should say-You were old enough to keep those memories in mind til today.
Please tell me I am confused by this sentence.
